Designing Your Site
You can easily change the way your site looks by using the design section of the dashboard. It lets you pick fonts and colors, upload a banner image, change the navigation, and pick a theme.
All of these changes are independent of the content that you add to your site. In other words, if you have four blog posts and ten products in your IndieMade site, making changes to the design of your site will change the way that content looks, but it won't change the content itself. You can change your site's design as often or as infrequently as you like.
Upload a Logo or Banner
Click the design tab and go to basics. Under Logo and Images, click the “Choose file” button to browse your computer. Select your desired file, then push the Update button to send it to your site. (If you don't use a logo or header, your site name and slogan will automatically appear on your site instead.)
If you wish to remove an existing header, click the box next to “Delete original” underneath your current header image.
In either case, you must push Save Configuration at the bottom of the page for your changes to take effect.

Choose font
Under Fonts, select the fonts you wish to use for your site. You can choose a different font for your headers and titles, and for the normal text on your site. When you change a font using the dropdown selectors, the sample text to the right will change to give you a preview of what the text on your site will look like.
Push Save configuration at the bottom of the page to make your changes take effect.

Change colors
Under Colors, click in each box to bring up a pop-up color wheel. Click within the color wheel to choose your colors or enter your own hexidecimal color codes. (For assistance selecting colors and identifying their codes, try Visibone's Online Color Lab).
When you are finished, click the Save configuration button at the bottom of the screen.
Change the Navigation
Under design, click the navigation tab. Under Link Labels you can change the name of any of your main navigation links (ex: “Shows” instead of “Events”). Front Page lets you select which page your site visitors will see first. Click the “Save configuration” button at the bottom of the screen to save your settings.
Choose a Theme
Under design, click themes. Choose the basic theme you would like for your site. Don't worry - you won't lose any of your content, settings, fonts, or colors if you change your theme -- switch back later and your site will look exactly as it did before.

logo text
my logo is an image, can i also add text too. or do i have to redesign my logo to include text (name of business/store)
The banner stands alone
If you upload a logo/banner, then it replaces the text store name and slogan. So you'll probably want to include your site name in the graphic that you upload.
